Jax & I depend on our van. It fits his wheelchair, fits his car seat, and the sliding doors make putting him in so easy!
But getting work done on the van comes with a whole set of issues:
-How long is it going to take? Is there somewhere for Jax and I to hang out? Is there somewhere I can change him?
-If I have to drop off the van and come back, I also have to find someone willing to pick us up/drop us off with the wheelchair and carseat.
-Will they see/notice I'm distracted every time I'm talking to them, and take advantage of me because they want to make more money?
THANK GOODNESS someone referred me to Total Car Care Mobile Service!!!
They came to me, so Jax got to stay playing on the couch, listening to his music! I had asked them to take a look at everything, but also mentioned the specific reason I called them. After inspecting the van, they let me know it was actually a much smaller issue than I had thought! They provided a detailed quote on the repairs they suggested, and also let me know which ones were a priority, and which could wait. It was a much better experience than I've had in the past with other mechanics.
They let me know about how long it would take to make the repairs, and told me they'd come pick up the van AND bring it back! So Jax and I just got to have a regular, normal day, while the van went off to get fixed and came back with everything repaired!
If you need repairs done on your own vehicle, I strongly suggest reaching out to Total Car Care Mobile Service!

Thanks so much to everyone for your support through this incredibly stressful time!!!
Jax Snax Tucson was started to help make sure Jax gets everything he needs. That has not changed, even though the business structure has. Now I (Nikki) am the sole owner/operator of Jax Snax Tucson.
Some details that had remained up in the air have now been figured out, and we will be able to stay open and continue operating as Jax Snax Tucson!!!
Thanks so much to all of you!!!!
PS... if you'll be attending the 16th Annual Kyle Franks Charity Golf Classic tomorrow, you might notice some familiar Snax among the prizes 😁
Please make sure you visit Kylefranks.org for more information about the Kyle Franks Foundation and all of the good they do!!!
Jax Snax Tucson will be closed until further notice.
If you already have an order in, I will honor it.
Unfortunately, someone is trying to use this business to take advantage of me, and I will no longer give in to bullies.
I have appreciated all of your support!
