As a child, Madison Madera ’26 wore a pink bow to celebrate her sister Mariah Padilla ’13’s graduation. Years later, she realized she wore the same shade in her own graduation outfit. 🎓❤️

🌏 🏀 Tommy Lloyd has joined Team Kerr - and so can you! Last Friday, we kicked off the 2026 Tucson Humanities Festival: PLAY with Steve Kerr & Tommy Lloyd: Lessons from Around the World — a fundraiser supporting the Kerr Family Endowment for Humanities Abroad, which provides study abroad scholarships for Humanities students. We're so grateful to Tommy for announcing at the close of the event that the Lloyd Family is contributing $25,000 to the fund.

There’s a new mural on campus! 😸🎨
Created by local artist Ruben Urrea Moreno, the mural honors Los Universitarios, now known as the U of A Hispanic Alumni Club. Located at the entrance of the Albert B. Weaver Science-Engineering Library, the artwork celebrates the organization’s lasting impact on the university community.
