Bio-Touch Healing
The most unique light touch healing technique that can be used to reduce stress, pain and symptoms of disease. And it's simple to learn! Just Touch!
Bio-Touch is a simple hands-on healing technique. Everyone is effective and there are no levels.
We're constantly being told to fix something—our health, our stress, our relationships, even ourselves.
But what if we don't always need to fix?
What if sometimes what another person needs most is simply someone who will be present, listen, care, and be there?
In this week's Mondays with Bev & Paul, we explore the difference between helping someone and trying to fix them—and how this connects with the simple philosophy behind Bio-Touch:
The body is the healer.
Maybe our role isn't always to make something happen. Maybe sometimes it's simply to offer presence, connection, and caring.
What if the world doesn't need more fixing? What if it needs more of us simply being there for one another?
Join us for the conversation.

Check out our Monday Show about bringing Bio-Touch to the Children
What if Bio-Touch became something children simply grew up with?
When we teach children Bio-Touch, we've noticed something fascinating: they often seem to know where the points are located. They don't necessarily overthink it—they simply participate.
This week on Mondays with Bev & Paul, we're talking about bringing Bio-Touch to children and giving them an opportunity to participate in caring for the people they love.
What if a child could offer Bio-Touch to Mom or Dad? What if a grandchild could offer it to Grandma or Grandpa?
Not to fix anyone. Not to take responsibility for someone's health. Simply to say:
“I'm here. I care. I can participate.”
We also explore an important question:
What if we taught children the habit of Bio-Touch the way we teach them to brush their teeth?
Could caring touch become a natural part of growing up?
Join us for the conversation and tell us what you think. How can we bring Bio-Touch to the
People often ask how Bio-Touch compares with Reiki, Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch, massage, acupuncture, and other approaches.
In this week's *Mondays with Bev & Paul*, we're not asking which approach is better.
We're asking a simpler question:
**What makes Bio-Touch different?**
We'll explore some of the characteristics identified in Dr. Kenna Stephenson's research, including direct skin-to-skin touch, no need for meditation or centering, no reading or manipulating an energy field, no attunements or hierarchy, and no diagnosing.
And we'll talk about something at the heart of Bio-Touch:
**We don't try to be the healer.**
We learn the technique.
We provide the touch.
We allow the person receiving it to have their own experience.
Maybe the power of Bio-Touch isn't in making healing complicated.
Maybe it's in keeping it simple.
Join Bev & Paul for this week's conversation.
Ten years ago, we started a simple weekly conversation about Bio-Touch, touch, connection and what it means to care for one another.
And somehow, here we are 10 years later—and we have never missed a Monday!
Why did we keep showing up?
Because we believe touch matters. Connection matters. People matter.
We've explored research, shared stories, asked difficult questions, laughed, learned and discovered that we don't always need to have the answers.
Sometimes we simply need to be willing to show up and find out.
To everyone who has watched, participated, shared a story, asked a question or simply joined us for a Monday—**thank you.**
This milestone belongs to you, too.
❤️ 10 years. Every Monday. Never missed.
And we're not stopping.
**See you next Monday!**
What if the wound you keep trying to fix is also part of your gift?
This week on Mondays with Bev & Paul, we're talking about The Wound That Becomes the Gift.
We begin with the ancient story of Chiron, the wounded healer—a healer who could help others while carrying a wound he could not heal himself.
And that raises a question many of us can relate to:
Why do we think we have to be completely healed before we're allowed to help someone else?
We don't.
People don't necessarily want our perfection.
They want our truth.
Our experiences—our struggles, losses, disappointments, and wounds—can sometimes teach us compassion and help us recognize what another person is going through.
That doesn't mean we glorify suffering or that being wounded automatically makes someone a healer.
It means we can become more aware of our own humanity.
And this connects beautifully with Bio-Touch.
Bio-Touch isn't about pretending we have all the answers. It's about being present, offering caring touch, and connecting with another human being without needing to diagnose or fix them.
Maybe instead of asking:
“What's wrong with me?”
we can ask:
“What has my life taught me?”
Join Bev and Paul for a conversation about the wounded healer, truth versus perfection, and why you don't have to be fully healed before you can help someone else.
You don't have to be perfect to be present.
Over the past couple of weeks, we had the opportunity to introduce Bio-Touch to two wonderful groups—one in Sierra Vista and another through the University of Arizona's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI).
Both presentations reminded us of something important:
There are people everywhere who are curious about health, healing, healthy aging, human connection and the power of simple touch.
They may just have never heard of Bio-Touch.
That's why we're asking you to think about your own community.
Do you know a senior center, lifelong-learning program, wellness organization, school, church, community group, health fair, massage program, nursing program or other organization that might enjoy learning about Bio-Touch?
You don't have to explain it. You don't have to convince anyone.
Just make the introduction.
In this week's Mondays with Bev & Paul, we're talking about what we learned from these recent presentations and why bringing Bio-Touch into existing communities may be one of the best ways to share it with more people.
