Facilities include a museum, library, sales department, post office, and education department. The Postal History Foundation supports collectors of all ages. Curriculum based lessons with stamps are available for educators and students across the world. This is the place to start your collection! Free tours are available daily. The Post Office is open M-F 8 am to 2:30 pm.

Fall 2026 Internship Opportunity!

The Peggy J. Slusser Library at the Postal History Foundation is looking for students interested in an on-site internship in Tucson this fall.

This is a great opportunity for MLIS students interested in gaining hands-on experience with libraries, archives, special collections, digitization, exhibits, and educational programming.

Thank You, Young Artists! 🎨🌡

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 Tucson Birthday Kids Art Contest! We were amazed by the creativity and talent shown in this year's entries.

Finalists have now been notified by email and mail. If your family participated, please keep an eye on your mailbox over the next few days, as every young artist will receive their artwork back along with a small token of our appreciation.

Thank you to our incredible community of volunteers at the Postal History Foundation for helping select this year's finalists. We can't wait to celebrate them on August 20!

Thank You, Tucson!

A heartfelt thank you to every student who submitted artwork for the 2026 Tucson Birthday Art Contest. We are truly inspired by the creativity, talent, and pride our young artists have shown in celebrating Tucson.

Over the coming days, our wonderful team of volunteer judges will carefully review each entry. Winners will be notified by email and phone once judging is complete.

All participants will receive notification of their contest status, regardless of the outcome.

Thank you again to our students, parents, teachers, and educators for making this year's contest such a success. We can't wait to celebrate our talented young artists!
