Blue Chip Leadership Program

Huge news! 🚨 Blue Chip Leadership Experience has officially been named a finalist for the 2026 Examples of Excelencia! 🏆✨

This national honor from Excelencia in Education celebrates programs that drive real, data-backed success and belonging for Latino, and all, students in higher education.

From team challenges to providing 200+ volunteers in community with Junior Achievement of Arizona , and building academic leadership pathways alongside University of Arizona College of Education, this is a win for our entire Wildcat community.

Huge thank you to our student leaders, past and present staff, alumni and honorary alumni, supporters, partners who make this program thrive. 💙 ❤️

A BIG special shoutout to the AZ HSI Consortium for their leadership and support over the last several years. Without you, much of our work and impact would not have been possible.
