Managing this isn’t just about moving water, it’s about understanding open-channel hydraulics, calculating peak flow rates, and designing detention basins that protect our neighborhoods from flash flooding. We build the invisible safety nets that keep Tucson moving, even when the clouds open up.

Team Riley hit the streets of downtown Tucson for the TMC Meet Me Downtown 5K Night Run & Festival of Miles!

A group of our staff members along with one supportive spouse, laced up their running shoes and joined thousands of participants for an evening of fitness, community, and fun. We’re proud to see our team showing up, staying active, and connecting with the community we serve.
