Kate Walk is an organization dedicated to keeping the fight against cancer alive. Kate Bratcher taught in the Tullahoma City School System for 2 decades.
Friends and family members of Kate Bratcher gather together each year to participate in the annual 5k walk/run to honor her memory. She was first diagnosed with breast cancer in July of 1992. Treatment forced the cancer into remission until the summer of 2001 and then again until January of 2003, when she learned it had spread to her lungs and various bones.
