Billy Miller

Personal blog William John Miller II[1] (born September 17, 1979) is an American actor. Miller was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas.

He is best known for his soap opera roles as Billy Abbott on CBS' The Young and the Restless, and Jason Morgan and Drew Cain on ABC's General Hospital.
