Keri's Chronicles: Day 6 started at Keeneland for a morning tour and a chance to see the September Yearling Sale. We then went to the legendary Woodford Reserve for a great tour and tasting. At the end of the night, we wandered around the property we were staying at for a beautiful Lexington sunset.
Keri's Chronicles: Day 5 was all about Mammoth Cave National Park. This was a surreal experience. Walking through a giant cave is not something you get to do everyday. The land around the big cave is also really great hiking land. A must visit for nature lovers.
Keri's Chronicles: Day 4 was an amazing day at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden and a Reds game. The Zoo is honestly incredible. The hippos are the obvious stars but all the animals were very active. My favorites were the king cobra and the brown bears. The Reds game was a great time too! We rode bikes to the stadium and experienced everything Great American Ball Park has to offer. We finished the night with a couple of beers at Hofbrauhaus across from our hotel in Newport.
We really enjoyed Cincinnati. A very underrated city!
Keri's Chronicles: Day 3 was all about going to our first Bengals game. We had a blast tailgating and enjoyed a perfect day for NFL football. Cincinnati is an awesome place to catch a game and downtown is really easy to navigate on gameday. ๐

Keri's Chronicles: Day 2 of our road trip was mostly spent on the road from St. Louis to Cincinnati. We stopped for lunch in Terre Haute, drove through Bloomington, and climbed 110 feet up the fire tower at Hoosier National Forest. Our hotel was a great spot in Newport, Kentucky, just across the river from Cincinnati.

Our trip was full of great memories. Keri did little videos journaling all the things we did every day. She told me I could post them.
Day 1 was through Kansas City and to St. Louis, where we watched the White Sox and Cardinals at Busch Stadium. โพ๏ธ
