Tonight, we’re gathering for our Deaf Ministry Gathering as we celebrate Deaf Awareness Week 2026!

Join us at Simple Church from 5:30–8:00 PM for an evening of:

ASL will be the primary language, with voice interpreting provided. Childcare is also available!

🎃 TRUNK OR TREAT AT SIMPLE CHURCH! 🍬

We are so excited for our upcoming Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 25th from 4:30–6:30 PM!

This is going to be such a fun evening for our church family, but even more importantly, it’s an opportunity for us to reach beyond our walls and love on the families in our community. We can’t wait to welcome our neighbors and their kids to Simple Church for a safe, fun evening filled with decorated trunks, lots of candy, and plenty of smiles!

🚗 Want to decorate a trunk?
We will have a limited number of trunk spots available, so make sure to sign up early to reserve yours!

🏆 And bring your A-game!
We’ll also have a Best Trunk Contest, so get creative and have some fun with it!

Whether you go all out with your decorations or keep it simple, every trunk helps us create an incredible experience for the families who come through.

We are excited to see our Simple Family come together to serve, connect, and show the love of Jesus to our community. Start planning those trunks—we can’t wait to see what you come up with! 🎃🍭

💍 NEW MARRIAGE GROUPS ARE COMING TO SIMPLE CHURCH!

Marriage is one of the greatest gifts God gives us, but in the busyness of work, kids, schedules, and everyday life, it can be easy to put our marriage on the back burner.

Strong marriages don’t happen by accident—they take intentional time, care, and investment. ❤️

That’s why we are so excited to introduce Marriage Groups at Simple Church!

Whether you’ve been married for six months or sixty years, there is always room to grow, laugh, learn, and strengthen your relationship together.

We will have TWO group options:
💍 Wednesday Nights at 6:30 PM
💍 Sunday Nights at 5:00 PM

Our Marriage Groups will officially kick off at the beginning of the year, but over the next few months we’ll be hosting Preview Nights so you can come experience the group, meet other couples, and see what it’s all about!

📅 FIRST PREVIEW NIGHTS
Wednesday Group: September 16 at 6:30 PM
Sunday Group: September 20 at 5:00 PM

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 And yes—we’ve got the kids covered!

On Wednesday nights, we have programming for kids beginning at 6:30 PM, including our 5th & 6th graders and 7th–12th grade students, plus childcare for our younger kids.

Childcare will also be available for our Sunday evening group!

No matter what season your marriage is in—whether you want to reconnect, strengthen an already great marriage, navigate a busy season, or simply build relationships with other couples—there is a place for you.

During Deaf Awareness Week 2026, Simple Church has been given the incredible opportunity to host the Oklahoma Deaf Ministry Gathering on Wednesday, September 23rd!

We are so grateful to open our doors and serve alongside churches and ministries from across our community for a night centered around Jesus, fellowship, worship, testimony, prayer, and communion.

One of the things we love most about the Church is that it is bigger than any one building, ministry, or congregation. This night is a beautiful opportunity to come together as ONE community, build relationships, learn from one another, and celebrate what God is doing within the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.

For our Simple Church family, this is also an opportunity to do what we love to do—SERVE! From preparing and serving dinner, welcoming guests, and simply making people feel at home, we get the privilege of showing the love of Jesus in a very practical way.

And we would love for YOU to join us! Whether you know ASL or don't know a single sign, you are welcome. The evening will be in ASL with voice interpreting provided.
