A Caring Alternative

I have 11 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have the most experience working with stress/anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma/abuse, anger management and life transitions. The modals of therapy I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and Anger Management Therapy. Flexibility- I accept private pay and SoonerCare. Counseling can be in office or by phone. Many of my clients appreciate the flexibility of meeting with me in person as needed and talking by phone for the majority of their sessions while not having to leave their house.
