We are excited to announce our Emcee for this year’s Gold Medal Night, Tess Maune!

Tess Maune is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and morning news anchor at KOTV-News On 6 in Tulsa, where she’s happy to help Oklahomans start their day. She’s a lifelong Oklahoman who has spent nearly 20 years telling stories across the state.

Tess has a special connection to Aim High Academy, having covered its story for years, from the days before a devastating storm destroyed its gym, to the night of the storm itself, and the remarkable rebuilding that followed. She has had a front-row seat to the resilience of the Aim High families, coaches and community and is honored to help celebrate them as emcee.

Outside of work, Tess loves the Oklahoma outdoors and spending time with her husband and their daughter, Lottie.
