Our latest bath renovation of a hundred year old midtown home
The bath was modernized we believe in the late ‘80’s early 90’s the hope owner wished to return a classic ‘20’s style with modern conveniences

The plumbers and I had no fun bringing up that 350lbs. cast iron tub up the stairs 😫
This video shows what we found under the floor from the last renovation, I’m amazed the plaster ceiling below didn’t collapse
And in moving the toilet they ruined the joist, surprisingly the floor hadn’t sagged much

This is the bathroom we removed in our last renovation. the homeowner believed it didn’t belong in a 1920’s house
