Your "Leadership Expression"! Have you ever heard of something like this? It's pretty common for one person to ask another person to "lead" something but then after the second person has started leading, the first person isn't happy with what they're doing. "I asked you to lead this thing", the first person exclaims. The second person replies, "I am!" And the conflict begins.
I'm convinced that this is simply a misunderstanding of our basic definition of leadership and your definition is directly connected to your Leadership DNA - or how you are naturally wired to "Lead". Each of us have a natural way we lead. I've been able to distill this down to four primary ways people lead. We are all in some kind of leadership role and our "Leadership Expression" will determine what that leadership looks like.
