A little history on why black folks use the N Word and why white folks shoukd stop using it.

Chattel slavery, West Africans didnt speak english.
N word was used by white people not only as a desrciptor, but as a tool of disrespectful separation (a slur). When Africans started picking up on thr word, it was only because that is what they were condtantly called, so thats what they used as a desrciptor amongst one anothsr only knowing that dark akinned people were called thia, they began calling each other this because that is a main word of english they heard every minute of everyday.

So, lets move forward 100 years. Now english is a main lanuage and there is an education amongst black folks (even though learning could get you killed), and they have learned that it is used to be demeaning, but because 99% of slaves know it is a death sentence to learn, it is still widely unknown that it is a derogatory term (even though its more than likely being picked up as a word used to hurt) and it is still a descriptor between the slaves and understand it means different and they are different than white folks.

The soft A comes in because of the dialect of the south and the accents of africans speaking english over the last 100 years. The southern accent comes from the accent of african slaves learning english and being made to raise white chikdren, so how do those chikdren learn to talk... with the accent they are being talk to with mixed with the white english accents from europeans as well as the accents of other europeans (spaniards, italian, etc...).

Lets hop skip and jump to today.
Black folks have adapted it into an interpersonal term of endearment amongst us and people we connect with (other POC). Other POC that have grown with us, fought with us, learned with us, died with us over the years. Because just because you dont like it, dont mean that their isnt a group of black people who will fight you or even ☠️ you over non black POC using the N Word in their hood or other places.

Now... white folks, if you dont understand the reason why we can say it and you cant, you are being willfully ignorant or you actually know and you think you can get away with it. But either way, you cant get upset when you get smoke from the fire you started saying it.

Like, I have been pro life for a very long time, not because of religious reasons (eww), but because I think every life deserves a chance.
