Employee Highlight: The Man Behind the Fleet

How long have you been with AIMRIGHT, and what's your current role?

Six months, and I am the Senior Fleet Technician.

What drew you to the company, and what's kept you here?

There was a true need for this area of the company, with an emphasis on taking care of what has been given to them. I was ready for a change where I could make a difference and be a team player, not just a number.

Tell us about your family.

My wife Cara and I have been married for over four years, and we have two amazing sons. Porter is our oldest at almost three years old, and Colton is our youngest, who just turned one this summer.

What's a typical weeknight or weekend like in your household?

Weeknights are spent together, with my oldest asking me what I did that day, intrigued to know what color the tractor was, if it was broken, and if I fixed it. I'll often take pictures just to show him, and then he'll pretend to show me what he worked on with all the important details.

What are your kids into right now?

Swimming. My boys love swimming. This summer they both took lessons and loved every second of it. Porter has also been enjoying VeggieTales. Last week I showed him some episodes, and he loves to sing along.

What do you hope your family will remember about this stage of life?

All the little memories, getting to watch our boys experience stuff for the first time.

Has a specific benefit or moment of flexibility made a difference for your family?

Absolutely. AIMRIGHT is people-oriented, and people have families. AIMRIGHT cares about my family.

What is a family tradition that's important to you?

We pray together every night. Often, we get distracted, and the boys don't fully understand what Cara and I are doing, but we involve them anyway.

What's something about your family that might surprise your coworkers?

Honestly, I can't think of anything for this one.

Any exciting plans coming up? After saving for two years now, Cara and I will start building our house this year, and I can't wait to do it together, as challenging as it may be.

How has working at AIMRIGHT influenced your life?

AIMRIGHT is counterculture; it's not about doing everything we can to be successful. The focus is on doing everything we can to reflect Christ. The character and principles of the gospel are for every sphere, and that includes business. I could say a lot, but the most influential moment of my career was during one of my first meetings, being prayed over and commissioned by the leadership here.

Twenty-five years ago today, our country changed forever. On September 11, 2001, we lost countless fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, friends, and neighbors in a series of attacks that no one could have imagined.

The team at AIMRIGHT joins the nation in remembering those we lost and honoring the first responders, service members, and everyday heroes whose bravery defined that tragic day. Their legacy reminds us of what we can accomplish when we stand together.

We will never forget.

We are excited to welcome Manuel Yanez (Manny) as the newest intern on the AIMRIGHT team. Manny is a recent graduate of Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Highlights from his academic journey:

Research and Innovation: Manny collaborated with ORU's Head of Engineering and fellow classmates on an ASEE research paper exploring 3D-printed molds for forming plastic bottles, digging into mold performance, cost-effectiveness, and durability through the lens of material properties, thermal dynamics, and manufacturing processes.

Senior Design Showcase: Manny presented his senior design project at the 44th Annual Oklahoma AIAA/ASME Symposium at Oklahoma Christian University in April 2026.

Built on a Strong Foundation: Manny's engineering path started early, from the Pre-Engineering Program at Tulsa Tech to four years on an FRC Robotics Team through the Engineering Academy at Memorial High School, where he helped design and build competition robots for regional and national events.

Beyond the workbench: When he is not deep in a project, you will find Manny building furniture, tinkering with PCs, exploring new restaurants, sketching, gaming, or enjoying music.

We are thrilled to have Manny's drive, curiosity, and hands-on skill set on our team. Join us in giving Manny a warm welcome!

Office Updates at AIMRIGHT

We’re pleased to share several recent improvements and additions to the AIMRIGHT facility, designed to enhance our work environment, better serve our clients, and support our continued growth.

New Courtyard Mural: A new mural created by local artist Roadrunner Murals now adds a fresh and creative touch to our courtyard.

Upgraded Conference Room: Our conference room has been updated to better accommodate team meetings, client discussions, presentations, and collaboration.

New Facility & Expanded Operations: We’ve also completed construction of a new building featuring a dedicated materials testing laboratory, equipment and fleet maintenance bays, and additional office space to support our growing operations.

We’re excited about these improvements and what they represent for the continued growth of AIMRIGHT. We look forward to sharing more updates as we continue to invest in our people, our facilities, and the services we provide to our clients.
