Congrats to our crossing guard volunteer Charlie Redd Charlie Redd on taking the position permanently with City of Tulsa! 🎉 Shout out Charlie for filling a huge need in his community & making sure Burroughs Elementary students cross the street to get to school safely every day. He’s really such a fantastic crossing guard. Big hero vibes. 🧡🦺

Meet G. 🧡

We’re thrilled to welcome our new Community Partnerships Manager to the Met Cares team. G comes to us with a track record of building programs from the ground up, connecting communities to resources, and making data tell a human story. They’ve supervised community engagement teams at the Tulsa Health Department, coordinated youth health programs across four TPS high schools, and served as a freelance correspondent for KOSU’s Focus: Black Oklahoma.

G will be developing and managing the partnerships that make sure our Tisdale and Burroughs families have what they need to thrive. We’re so glad you’re here, G. 🎉
