Last week our friends from the Tulsa Drillers delivered a full pallet of bottled water to distribute to our guests providing some relief from the extreme heat. Thanks Drillers and let this serve as a reminder to catch a game before the season ends in mid-September. The Drillers have already clenched a spot in the Texas League playoffs and boast some of the top prospects in all of minor league baseball.

Big thanks to the team from City of Tulsa and Mayor Monroe Nichols for serving the community meal this morning. The mayor and staff served 857 plates of nutritious food to our guests today.

Our third Family Volunteering Night last week was a huge success! We have two more scheduled in 2026 (September 18 and November 13) mark your calendar now and join us for a unique opportunity to bring the whole family out and make a difference.

Looking to do something for the whole family? We are hosting another Family Volunteering Night this Friday, July 24 from 5:30-7:00 at Iron Gate.

All ages are welcome, we will pack snack bags, prepare the pantry and we even have some arts and crafts projects for volunteers that are young or young at heart.
