Apparently our team took “all work and no play…” personally. 😂

We jumped into the AI mascot challenge and the results are priceless.

Lions, badgers, octopuses… somehow each one captured the ambition, creativity, humor, big ideas, and just a touch of chaos that comes with building something together. 😅

And of course, Koda wasn’t left out. 🐾

Building CerTracker is serious work, but I’m grateful we have a team that can work hard, dream big, and still make room to laugh. 💜

It was especially meaningful catching up with my friend Jane Nelson, CAE, as she prepares to retire after 25 incredible years of service to Oklahoma nurses, and finally meeting ONA’s incoming CEO & Executive Director, Kristen Vencl, in person.
