An invitation to self-care on Thursday evenings July 9th & July 23rd- your dose of calm amidst the chaos. This experience is a process of specific sounds in sequence with Himalayan Bowls. Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Tingsha, Chimes, for energy center balancing- to assist you into a state of deep relaxation. No experience required, just a desire to kick stress to the curb.

This experience creates a safe, serene space for nervous system alignment & balance while your body relaxes, dropping the constant 'fight or flight' stressors.

Limited spaces for a more personal experience- make sure you secure your spot with your reservation. Dress for comfort; a yoga mat will be provided, bring your own padded cushion, personal pillow and blanket. We will provide eye pillows. A 3 inch foam mat can be borrowed with a small donation of $5. Leave a note with your reservation. Session cost: $35.

ITS HAPPENING TONIGHT : The Eta Aquariid Meteor Shower Is Here — May 5! 🌠

Get ready, stargazers! On this night, the Eta Aquariid meteor shower will peak, filling the sky with bright, fast-moving meteors — sometimes up to 50 an hour at the height of the show. These flashes of light are tiny bits of comet Halley burning up in Earth’s atmosphere at incredible speeds.

At its peak, you might spot up to 50 meteors every hour, each one a glowing streak born from ancient comet dust racing through our atmosphere at breathtaking speeds. No telescope required just find a dark, open spot, get comfy, and let your eyes adjust to the night.

Want the best view? Escape the city lights, bring a blanket, and give yourself 20–30 minutes in the dark to truly take in the show. Whether you see a few or a sky full, the Eta Aquariids are proof that the cosmos still loves to surprise us.
