🏡 Knox Inspection & Engineering has been serving Oklahoma homeowners and businesses since the early 1980s, providing trusted residential inspections, commercial inspections, and structural engineering reports.

In April 2025, Brad Cole became the new owner of Knox, bringing with him more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the foundation industry.

Over the years, Brad discovered something many people don't realize...

💧 Hidden drain line leaks beneath a concrete slab can slowly wash away the soil supporting a home. Because these are drain leaks—not water supply leaks—they often don't show up on your water bill, leaving homeowners unaware until serious structural movement occurs.

After years of seeing this happen, Brad knew there had to be a better way.

He partnered with a licensed plumber and built his own plumbing company so the structural issue and the plumbing issue could be diagnosed together—helping homeowners find the root cause instead of simply treating the symptoms.
