This week we are grateful for relationships.

We had a house we were prepared to close on yesterday, but we decided that we didn't want to keep it to remodel ourselves due to some other projects.

On Friday, we reached out to our title company and a Buyer who has bought 25+ houses from us over the years.

They took a look Friday and we closed Tuesday.

Thank you to everyone involved for making this another smooth transition!

A note from our owner...

It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our friend and partner Bruce Clark. We have worked with Bruce for over 10 years. He was a gifted structural engineer and a kind, generous, gentle human. Bruce was passionate, also had a great sense of humor, a mischievous smile, and a twinkle in his eye. He loved to solve problems and collaborate. He never slowed down in his work and even completed an inspection the day he passed.

We did crazy projects together....tearing out and replacing slabs, 100 ft retaining walls, lifting houses and rebuilding the stem walls or rebuilding the basement and stabilizing the house from the ground up. I told him I passed on a house once because it had too many structural issues, and with that trademark twinkle, he lit up and said "You? I need to see the house you passed on. I've never seen a house that you were scared of." And he's right. I was never scared because I knew I had him in my corner with his professionalism, creativity and ingenuity. The greatest compliment he ever paid us was to recommend people to our company, his clients, friends, and church congregation. He'd call and explain the situation and he always ended the call with "Do you think you can help?" Because at the heart of it, that's who he was, a helper.

Bruce was a real estate icon in Tulsa and he will be dearly missed. ❤️
