ONE DAY. ABOUT SIX HOURS. HUNDREDS OF HOURS BEHIND IT.
As we enter September, we want to pause and express our gratitude for the blessing we had to give back throughout August.
Itโs wild to think that this event happened in just one day and lasted around six hours. But when you add up every meeting, donation, haircut, backpack, meal, setup, cleanup and helping hand it took hundreds of combined hours to bring this vision to life.
Barbers, business owners, volunteers, sponsors, families and community leaders all came together with one purpose: to leave our kids and families better than we met them.
To everyone who donated their time, money, resources and effort thank you. What you gave became more than an event. It became confidence, opportunity, hope and a reminder that our community truly cares.
This is what happens when vision and community come together. What we accomplished in a few hours created a memory and an impact that will last far beyond that day.
This chapter may be complete, but the mission continues.

Thank you to every person who donated, every business that showed up, every volunteer who gave their time, our City of Turlock team, our Mayor for coming out and supporting us, and most importantly โ our incredible BarberClub team and staff who showed up ready to serve. ๐โค๏ธ
Today was bigger than haircuts and backpacks.
As barbers, we have the opportunity to do more than cut hair. We can help a young person walk into school feeling fresh, confident, seen and ready to take on the year. Sometimes something as simple as a haircut can change the way a kid carries themselves โ and THAT is where we can make an impact.
This event is proof of what can happen when everybody does their part and shows up for their community. ๐ค
And weโre not done yet!

After 12:30 PM today, feel free to stop by BarberClub Turlock โ even if you didnโt receive a haircut or attend the event this morning. If you or your children need school supplies, we would love to bless as many families as we can with what we have remaining.
