All are invited to be a fan! Who isn't, Right? My page is about the art I make, mainly caricatures. I like drawing faces and people and just plain drawing.
I started when I was very young and it built from there. It took me years to figure out what this "art" was called and once I heard the word, caricature, it opened the floodgates and a bunch of paintings, drawings, sketches came into being.

Another picture of Ethnicfest and the Two Rivers High School Polka Band is playing, and a certain caricature artist is stretching/standing before he is doing his thing.

We had rain all day in TR so Ethnicfest was inside and it seemed to hinder people from coming out. I drew some (not as much as last week) and I made a few business connections so that was good. Lots of lulls in action and on one occasion I drew the entertainment, The Gentlemen Grifters, in a Hirshfield way, which they appreciated. I was about 10-15' away so no real details but the band liked it.
Although it is raining, Ethnicfest is still scheduled. I will be drawing caricatures and selling prints inside the Community House
Preparing for Ethnicfest tomorrow. I will be drawing indoors as the rain made it so for all the crafters.

Fine Art & Treasure Sale at the Rahr-West Art Museum (WFRV) – It’s a rummage sale unlike any you’ve ever seen. Local 5 Live visited the Rahr-West Art Museum in Manitowoc where they are set to sell some fine art, treasures, and unique items…

Had a very good day at Sputnikfest in Manitowoc yesterday. I took these photos when there was a lull and then BOOM! I was drawing from 12:30-4:45 constantly. Did not sell any prints but the caricature drawing "on-the-spot" did very well. First picture is my booth before the crowds came through and the second photo is my brick I donated to the museum which is being covered by a bush.....still a Great Day!
