Cleaning by Divine Shine LLC

As we move into the Holiday season I want to make sure everybody is getting the best of both worlds!

Which means I’m offering new customers $75 off their initial deep cleaning as long as they book a recurring cleaning AND our current customers and potential customers looking to try us out for a deep cleaning will get $50 off 🥳

I look forward to meeting new people and making a difference any chance I get!

We have been battling sickness this past week, but are hopeful that is behind us! I am gone this week but will still be available to answer the phone for the most part. Becky has officially ended training and will be taking on her clients solo 🥳

There is some November news taking place and I will post that separately. For now, have a safe, healthy and happy weekend!

If you are or plan to be apart of the Divine family, please know that all invoicing will now be going through Square so I can keep track of them in one place. If you do not care to have an actual invoice I will still take PayPal and Venmo. I just won’t be sending out my paper version anymore.

Through square I am able to take and save with your permission, card, afterpay if needed and mark items paid via cash or check as paid that saves to the invoice on both ends.

Thank you!

I am home sick today, I will return all calls tomorrow. Please be patient with me as I recover. Thank you.

October is starting to fill up! Let’s get you on the schedule soon before someone else grabs your spot!

We look forward to meeting new people and connections!

We can handle a mess, just not as messy as these one way air videos and their marketing team fall out. 🤣

If you know… you definitely know.

Had to…

Anyways, call us, we can handle the mess, the stress and the new beginnings 🫶

Another annual post to remember:

The quality of our services can not be timed. We can not perfectly clean your house on a timed budget.

My skillset is much larger than those that I hire, meaning I may finish a job in half the time they do. I’ve been doing it longer, I am faster, I have faster tips and tricks that they haven’t discovered and thought to ask about yet.

I switched to fixed pricing for this reason, your cleaning will be your price whether I’m there for 1 hour or my employees are there for two hours, doing the exact same tasks, you are paying me for all that I’ve learned to be capable of doing that. My quality almost never lacks and if it does I give back.

If you are paying hourly, and you want something done better, you think it wasn’t done correctly, whatever it is, the more time it takes me, the more you are paying, it never pays to try to cut your bill, you will be billed more, satisfied or not, I spent my time there, I put in the work, I touched the surfaces to the best of my ability, and if I couldn’t get it as perfect as I had wished I communicate that upfront.

I’ll always try my hardest for that review, I’d rather not be scammed out of my time and something I put a lot of effort into. (It doesn’t happen often, but occasionally it does).

Thank you to the great customer, boasting and referring, you guys are the realest.
