We finally cleared up some shop space after shipping our recent large project. This job included eight 5' x 14' material lifting baskets. Each basket came with a welded on ramp and gate and a 5,000 lbs. capacity.

We have a bunch of large material baskets that will be shipping out over the next few weeks. Yesterday we got things started with these two. Our M-617 and M-68 material baskets.

A recent custom job we did:

This was the first time we had built a fully enclosed round man basket with removeable screen panels and an escape hatch.

The screen panels and the escape hatch gave us some challenges. The panels needed to be sized perfectly to fit and the escape hatch would interfere with the rigging if not done in a certain way.

We were able to come up with some innovative solutions to address these problems, again proving why Lakeshore Industrial is the go to in custom personnel lifting solutions.

A couple of large material lifting baskets shipping out yesterday, including one basket for lifting large amounts of plywood for a commercial builder.

Every basket we build is heavy-duty, built to last and load tested for your peace of mind.

Another full truckload shipment went out yesterday, with part two going out in a few days.

This shipment included 12 Material baskets to be used in a nuclear power plant.

This project involved a lot of back and forth and CAD drawings to get the specs exactly the way the customer needed for their unique project demands.
