Good Shepherd Lutheran Church

See you Sunday!!!

Thank you Crystal!

Join us tomorrow (Sunday 9/27/2026) at 9:15am for Divine Service with Holy Communion followed by Bible Study! (Both are led by Rev. David Hintz and we look forward to seeing YOU!)

Looking for an extra key like this ….

Does anyone know anything about the timers? Please let Crystal know if you can help interrupt them?

Rev Hintz is out of surgery and doing well! Praise God for His healing hand!

As you may have heard announced yesterday at the end of the Divine Service, our long time organist and church musician, Crystal Otto recently received an opportunity to become the Music Director at our neighboring LCMS congregation: St Paul’s in Luxemburg. (https://stpaullux.org/)

Crystal has been doing her clinical work (through CUW) at St Paul and was presented with this opportunity. She will be directing and accompanying the choirs and playing their 7:30pm Thursday services and 9:30am Sunday services.

We are very happy for Crystal and her family and she will still be on the bench at Good Shepherd one Sunday a month as well as Wednesdays. She will also still be in the office - so this is NOT a final chapter. This is simply the beginning of something different.

We will be having a small social gathering Sunday 9/27 to thank Crystal for so many years as our full time musician. Please join us as you are able! (If you have any pics of 2nd grade Crystal when she first was learning, bring them along!)

God’s blessings to Crystal and family on this new adventure!

St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Proclaiming the saving grace of Jesus Christ to all.
