Today, we remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, including 18 with ties to Wisconsin.
We will always honor the heroes who answered and reflect on the unity our nation showed in the face of tragedy. We will never forget.

-UPDATE ON FLUORIDE IN TWO RIVERS-
Following two public work sessions and community discussion, the Two Rivers City Council voted 7–2 on September 8 to discontinue the addition of fluoride to the municipal water supply.
The Two Rivers Water Utility has been directed to complete this change by October 31, 2026.
We recognize that some residents and families may be concerned about no longer receiving supplemental fluoride through the municipal water supply. As part of this transition, the City of Two Rivers will have a limited supply of fluoride toothpaste and Unpaste fluoride toothpaste tablets available to the general public for those who would like an alternative source of topical fluoride.
Additional information about when and where these products will be available will be shared soon.
The City will also complete the necessary operational, administrative and public-notification requirements associated with the change.
Please note: The City is discontinuing the addition of fluoride to the water supply. This does not mean that naturally occurring fluoride is being removed from the water.

East Water Tower Painting Project
Starting tomorrow, September 2, a contractor will begin an interior painting project at the East Water Tower at Walsh Field on Picnic Hill.
The specialized interior coating helps protect the tank from corrosion, maintain water quality, and extend the life of the tower.
💧 The project is expected to take approximately 4 weeks.
💧 There will be increased truck, trailer, equipment, and contractor activity around the tower.
💧The area may be congested, but access to the nearby apartments will remain open.
💧 Water service and water pressure will not be affected.
