Despite a little rain this weekend Raul and Matthew were able to complete the mural on Sunday. If you get a chance to check it out, let us know what you think!

Two River Main Street Office is open today from 10-2. We are not normally open on Sundays but didn't want to miss out on the 920 party! Special deals on clearance Items!

Ethnic Fest kicking off with the Parade of Flags. Thanks to Two Rivers Scouts!

We're not going to let a little rain stop the fun. Ethnic Fest Music and Vendors have moved inside the Hamilton Community House. We also have tents set up by our Food Trucks so we will keep you dry. Its going to be fun!

Two Rivers meet meet Joe, owner of Acute Bullion and Coin. His office is at 1308 Washington Street. He has been working with Bullion and Coins for years and decided he could be his own boss. I got to know Joe and learn that he is a veteran business owner. You'll want to ask him about how he got his safe into the building...

Look for a Ribbon cutting and official welcome coming soon!

Ethnic Fest Update: with heavy rain and wind forecasted for the morning the decision was made to move craft vendors into the Hamilton Community House. We also have some tents going up by the Food Vendors so you can stay dry while you sample some great eats. Look for the entertainment in the Community House if its raining. When the rain stops entertainment will be on the Schmitt Brothers Stage in Central Park.

Lots of questions about the latest Mural happening in Two Rivers.

Chicago street artist Raul Ramirez aka is our artist. If you get a chance to introduce yourself he will tell you his story.

This was a competitive process and the Main Street Design Committee had to sort through many mural proposals and design concepts.

This project started over 2 years ago with the previous City Manager approving this space, our current City Manager continued that support. TRMS retains the right to maintain all murals it coordinates. This site was selected for its location near farmers market and event sites, access, and location to future development (Hamilton Site)

Funds for this mural have come from grant dollars (West Foundation) Main Street Design Budget (Events & Retail) and private donations.

If you support public art and want to see more projects like this, please reach out to TRMS or see the signs near the mural sight to help see the nextmural. We hope to be able to do this every couple of years.

The mural continues to take shape!
