I would be willing to venture that buying a home is the most expensive purchase most of you will ever make. In my opinion, it is not a time to price-shop for the least expensive inspection. Of course, you may think, "Sure, that's what I'd say too.....if I were a Home Inspector." But when you think about it, the cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the cost of the home.
