At Ardore Movement Arts, we believe that our name perfectly encapsulates the spirit and essence of our studio. "Ardore" is derived from the Italian word for "passion" or "burning desire." It represents the flame that ignites within each of us as we embrace the transformative power of all things movement and aerial arts. Aerial arts encompass an exhilarating fusion of acrobatics, dance, and artistry performed while suspended in the air using various apparatus such as aerial hoops, poles and silks. We offer a kaleidoscope of fitness, acrobatics and flexibility classes tailored to complement and enhance aerial training. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced aerialist, our diverse range of classes ensures a fulfilling and empowering experience for everyone.

Join us in Circus Lab!! 🎪
In tonight’s class we will begin exploring the aerial pole! This class is all level friendly, we will work on the basics as well as some moves for those feeling ready. We will build techniques in climbing and with transitioning between moves. We will work on this apparatus for the next 6 weeks, reviewing what we’ve learned each week and working towards building a sequence.
Bring both shorts and fitted pants so you can figure out what is most comfortable to you! We have both silicone and chrome flying poles for you to try out.

Our Youth Aerialists have grown SO much over the last few weeks! 🥹
It’s been so much fun watching them build their aerial skills, gain confidence, and make new friendships along the way. 🩷
And of course, they’ve gotten to join in on the Halloween fun too! 👻 Today’s class included some spooky-themed poses, and they absolutely nailed them!

Oh man, do we have a full week ahead of us! 🤩
Aerial classes are running like usual, but with a spooky twist! 👻 We’ll continue working on our Halloween sequences.
In Circus Lab we are beginning our aerial pole series! We will focus on this apparatus for the next six weeks. We would highly recommend you bring options for what to wear, as it will come down to preference. This is beginner friendly, but expect a challenge with this apparatus.
❗️Options for Circus Lab are shorts with bare legs or form fitting leggings. Bring both if you’re not sure which you’ll prefer❗️
Saturday - we have the Chandler Pow Wow 🇺🇸 Come watch us perform and take a trip around the USA while you visit all the booths (that’s the theme)!
Sunday - we have our Halloween photoshoot! 🧡 I’ll make a post later with the remaining time frames, but I believe we only have about 4 spots left.
It’s going to be the most fun!
Tonight in Lyra II 🎃
We are beginning our Halloween choreography! Each week we will be learning a small part, combining them all into a spooky little number for our class at the end of the month!
Don’t worry if you can’t make it each week, we will spend some time each class reviewing what we’ve already done.
Plan to wear your favorite costumes on October 29th when we combine the whole sequence under the spooky lights and fun decor.
We can’t wait to spend the spooky season with you all! 🦇

Good morning beautiful and amazing ladies ! Public in general 🥰 Just here trying to find out answer before tomorrow’s class 🥰
If you already signed up or thinking to sign up for chair class tomorrow, will you be able to wear jeans shorts , white shirt and white sneakers 👟?
Also , find one of this on the picture ( it can be a broom 🧹 stick lol )
If not , we can get this special choreo set for next Friday

Happy October!! 🎃🖤
We’ve got some fun stuff planned for this month, and of course we had to make it spooky. 👻
All of our Lyra classes will be working on Halloween-themed routines throughout October, and we’re kicking things off TONIGHT - I know. I know. We’re a day early 🤣

Lyra III • 7:15 PM
We’ll start learning our routines tonight and keep adding to them throughout the month.
Spooky songs, dramatic shapes, creepy combos… all the fun Halloween stuff. 🕸️
