TLC Rides is growing, and we are looking for a full-time Dispatcher to join our team!

Position Overview:�The Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
• Prior NEMT dispatching or logistics experience is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the East Texas area (Tyler and surrounding communities)
• Excellent communication skills (phone, text, software systems)
• Dependable and team-oriented

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate daily transportation routes
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day
• Monitor trip progress and adjust routes as needed
• Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs
• Work closely with management and drivers to solve issues quickly

Position Details:
• Full-time
• Typical Workday Schedule - Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 4pm
