Two new faces are joining our Pecos team!

Please join us in welcoming Julio Toruno and Cesar Alvarez to Clements Fluids as Plant Technicians.

Julio and Cesar are stepping into an important role supporting our Pecos operations and the customers we serve. We’re grateful to have them joining the team and look forward to seeing the relationships they build and the contributions they make along the way.

We’re excited to welcome Paul Hamilton back to Clements Fluids as our Operations Manager!
Paul is no stranger to Clements. He returns with a strong understanding of our operations and culture, along with additional leadership experience gained during his time away.

In this role, Paul will work closely with our Plant Managers to develop our teams, strengthen consistency across our facilities, and help our people and plants succeed.

Paul brings valuable experience, operational knowledge, and a genuine connection to Clements and our mission. We’re excited to have him back and look forward to the impact he’ll make in this role.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families forever changed, and the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage in the face of tragedy.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor their memory and the strength and unity our country showed in the days that followed.

We will never forget.

Five years represents more than time on a calendar. It’s five years of being part of the team, growing with Clements, and contributing to the work happening every day in Pecos.

We’re proud to welcome Hunter Whitehead back to Clements Fluids as a Plant Technician at our Henderson facility!

Hunter previously spent three years with Clements and returns with valuable experience, a strong understanding of our operations, and a familiarity with the people and culture that make Clements who we are.

There’s something special about seeing great people choose to come back. We’re glad to have Hunter back on the team and look forward to seeing him continue his journey with Clements.

Josue Ponce is joining Clements Fluids as a Plant Technician, in Buffalo bringing his skills, experience, and drive to the operation.

The strength of our operations starts with the people behind them, and we’re intentional about bringing in team members who are ready to learn, contribute, and grow. We’re glad to have Brent and look forward to what he’ll bring to the Henderson team.

Over the last five years, Barry has invested his time, experience, and wisdom into helping others grow, navigate challenges, and become better leaders. He has strengthened relationships across our organization and helped set a standard for what it looks like to lead with both excellence and genuine care for people.

Five years ago, Todd Lee joined Clements Fluids as our first engineer, bringing a new level of technical expertise to our growing company.

Since then, Todd has helped strengthen the way we approach challenges, solve problems, and support the evolving needs of our business. As Clements has grown, so has our engineering capability, and Todd has been an important part of that journey from the beginning.
