⚠️Something contagious is spreading across North Texas ⚠️
Today is North Texas Giving Day and Myah is taking us inside our Plano center, where it looks like Sarah has caught the Kourage bug.
The symptoms? Showing up. Working hard. Getting stronger. And refusing to quit.

Today, we remember. 🇺🇸
Our Kourage Health family showed up in red, white, and blue today as we pause to honor the lives lost on 9/11, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed.
Twenty-five years later, we still remember the courage, sacrifice, service, and unity our country witnessed that day.
We’re especially grateful for this group who reminds us that courage comes in many forms. ❤️🤍💙

Long weekend incoming! Just a quick heads-up...
All Kourage Health centers will be closed on Monday, September 7, for Labor Day. We hope everyone enjoys the holiday weekend, gets a little rest, and maybe even finds a fun way to get some movement in! 😊

All Kourage Health centers will be closed Monday, August 24, for staff training. We’re taking the day to bring our whole team together to learn, connect, and continue finding ways to serve you even better.
The good news? KourageLIVE is still moving! Join us on Zoom at 7 am, 2 pm, or 4 pm and get your movement in from home.

We are still overwhelmed by the support shown at the Grand Opening of our new Kourage Health Headquarters yesterday.
Thank you to KETK NBC for sharing our story, and thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to celebrate with us. We were also honored to have the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce and the Lindale Area Chamber of Commerce join us for this special day.
We would also like to extend a huge thank you to Skip Ogle and OGLE Construction, LLC. We are so grateful for his guidance, patience, and commitment to helping create a space that feels welcoming and empowering, and that reflects the heart of our mission.
This building would not exist without the generosity of our donors, foundations, business partners, and friends who believed in this dream and helped bring it to life. Because of you, more individuals and families facing cancer and other serious health conditions will have a place to find renewed strength, encouragement, and compassionate support for years to come.

Join us Monday as we celebrate the Grand Opening of the new Kourage Health headquarters, dedicated in honor of Phyllis and Dr. Gary T. Kimmel.
This special celebration takes place on Dr. Kimmel's birthday, a fitting tribute to the man whose vision, compassion, and commitment to patient care started it all 25 years ago.
