Hunger For Love

Thanks to our really cool volunteers, we had another sno cone Saturday at Hunger For Love! Soooo refreshing on such a hot day!

Our friends from The Point Church in Tyler served this morning…such sweet and loving hearts! What a truly genuine bunch of Jesus lovers! 🙌🙌🙌

Word and worship was brought by Brother Purdy and friends with a special sax treat for everyone! That man has such a gift! 🎶

Our Meal Sponsor today was the Walmart on Troup Hiway (thank you, friends!), and our sack lunches were lovingly provided by Jonni Sanders and those awesome Wednesday Girls—we love y’all!

The triple digits have hit us here in East Texas…which means our water needs are up! If you feel led to donate a case or two, please reach out! 🙏🏼

This is International Day of Friendship! Who knew?

We got to give out round one of those awesome bags put together by the clients and residents of Breckenridge Village, too! Those were a HUGE hit! 💥

With summer in full swing, we are seeing a lot of new faces which means we are going through the water! Y’all please keep those water donations coming—higher temps are on the way! 🙏🏼

Jesus is the Light! That’s what the kids at Cross Brand Cowboy Church learned about at VBS this past weekend! They also did a supplies drive for our supplies trailer! 🙌🙌🙌

Word and worship was so beautiful—Kim Beckham brought the Word and Toni Petty blessed us with her lovely voice!

Our meal was sponsored by our faithful friends at Central Tyler, and sack lunches were provided by Bob and Barbara Landreth and family, longtime supporters of this ministry!

The skilled hands of the UT Tyler school of nursing along with the SNPHA students were onsite doing health and wellness checks, also! It’s been such a blessing having them set up and serve the third Saturday of each month!

And several sweet faces from Boathouse Ministries served with us again this week! Such welcome energy and such big hearts!
