We are are an event venue and romantic getaway on a working ranch by a 7th generation Ag Family. We currently offer two packages for events at Savannah's.

Did you ever want that dream wedding or party out in the country, away from the sights and sounds of the city? Well, now is your chance, our working cattle ranch, event venues and rustic cabin vacation rentals are now open for business. We are located just 2 miles north of Tyler State Park, off of FM14 nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Our beautiful piece of heaven is a pristine location for your wedding, reunion, birthday and or office party as well as a rustic weekend getaway. We currently can seat up to 200 people but we do have plans to expand. Please fill free to explore the events tab to see what all is offered. Our number one goal is for you, our clients, to be 100% satisfied. No matter what it is you are looking for, be it the perfect out door wedding, barn event, log cabin escape or just a weekend away from it all, we have the perfect venue. Harlan and Sharon Ray have owned and operated The Flyin H Ranch since December of 1995 when H retired from a 21 year career in the United States Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel. After traveling the world it was time to come home. Now with their children and grandchildren they are fulfilling their life long dream of turning The Flyin H Ranch into the premiere event venue of East Texas. Our Elopement Package($1950) is offered Monday-Thursday only. It is a ‘turn key’ event at our Oak Hill site. All is prepared for the bride & groom to show up, say their vows and move on to wedded bliss. Includes ceremony setup, officiant, 1-hr professional photography, bouquet, 1-night cabin stay, 15 guests (maximum additional 10 guests $20/person). Optional add-ons: additional photography hours, hair/makeup, romantic upgrades(flowers, champagne, decor). Contact us to schedule a tour!

Next on our list of vacation cabin renovations is the 1BR cabin by one of the ponds. This is a 1BR, 1bath, efficiency cabin: full kitchen & dining combined, bedroom & living area combined. Once completed, we will have a total of 10 accommodations on the ranch. Have not finalized a name for this secluded little cabin. Should it be The Lake Cabin? or The Fish Shack?
