We are proud to highlight Richard, one of our longtime superintendents and an important part of our team.

With years of experience in concrete construction, Richard has developed a reputation for taking on some of the more complex and challenging foundation projects we encounter. From planning and problem-solving in difficult situations to maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the project, he brings experience and steady leadership to the jobsite every day.

Richard’s greatest strengths are his ability to adapt, coordinate crews, manage priorities, and keep productivity on track, which makes a big difference in getting the job done right and on schedule.

He also understands that a successful project is about more than simply getting concrete in the ground. Quality control, attention to detail, communication, safety, and teamwork all play a role—and Richard consistently brings those priorities to his work.

We appreciate the knowledge, leadership, and dedication Richard has brought to our company over the years. His experience is a valuable asset to our team, and we’re proud to have him lead our projects.

Employee Highlight: Randy Feuerhelm

Randy serves as the General Superintendent at Reid Concrete and has been an essential part of our team for the past 13 years. With great knowledge in every aspect of concrete construction, Randy is the go-to man for solving complex challenges on the job. He leads by example and is always willing to step in wherever needed - a quality our team deeply values. As Randy often says, “you can’t be scared to get out there and help.”

Outside of work, Randy enjoys playing golf, fishing, traveling with his wife, and making memories with friends and family.

We appreciate Randy’s dedication, hands-on leadership, and the steady support he brings to our team every day.
