✏️💛 Little Hands, Big Learning! 💛✏️

At Lightbridge Academy of Valhalla, we’re helping our little learners build strong foundations for writing through our Learning Without Tears Handwriting Readiness Program! 📝✨

This hands-on program makes learning to write fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate while helping children strengthen important skills such as:

🔤 Letter recognition and formation
✋ Fine-motor skills and hand strength
🖍️ Pencil grip and control
👀 Visual-spatial awareness
🧠 Hand-eye coordination
📚 Early literacy and writing confidence

Through playful, multisensory activities, our children are developing the building blocks they need to become confident writers—one letter, line, and shape at a time!

We love watching those little hands get ready for BIG steps in learning!

For Pre-k'ers, our Reading and Writing Readiness enrichment program features Learning Without Tears®, with hands-on lessons that develop motor skills, preparing children to read and write.

Our classrooms explored the theme “All About Me” — celebrating what makes each child wonderfully unique!

Throughout the week, our little ones had fun learning about themselves, their families, their favorite things, and what makes them special. From hands-on activities to creative projects and meaningful conversations, it was a week filled with learning, sharing, and lots of smiles!

We love creating opportunities for children to build confidence, celebrate their individuality, and learn more about the world around them.

🧸💙 Happy National Teddy Bear Day! 💙🧸

We had the sweetest time celebrating National Teddy Bear Day at Lightbridge Academy of Valhalla! Our friends had so much fun creating their very own Lightbridge teddy bears and bringing their cuddly creations to life.

There were so many smiles, creative ideas, and lots of teddy bear fun throughout the day! We absolutely loved seeing each unique bear and all the love that went into making them.

What a fun way to celebrate a day all about our favorite furry friends!
