Hi! We’re your local grocers. Feeding you is our top priority. We take our job seriously. Providing you with fresh affordable food has always been on the forefront of our minds, but there’s something more we can offer. The best quality nutrition at the best possible prices we can offer. We’re partnering with someone who makes food their life. They know good practices and they set a standard for their products they sell.
We are officially partnering with Azure Standard.
This past week we have been in Oregon learning from the experts in Organic Farming. Visiting and learning from the founder himself, David Stelzer. He invited us along with a few other retailers in the country to his home in Dufur, Oregon. We toured the warehouse, their production buildings, their greenhouses, their fields and their orchards. We got to sit down with other retailers and Azure leaders and learn from each other. We got to tell our story of being a small conventional store who’s trying to provide more for our community.
We were blessed to partake in Harvest Fest, and converse with many vendors, some of whom are their family members, and we knew that we have to provide our shoppers with the same great foods we were sampling. So in addition to carrying outstanding AFS products, we will carry some Azure Standard products and will be a community drop for your Azure Standard orders! We believe in this move so much, we encourage you to check out their website! There are over 15,000 items to choose from.
Please let us know if you would like to take part in the Azure Standard community food drop at the store.
We’re still Velva Fresh Foods. Just now, it will all come together. We hope you’re as excited as we are! We mean business when it comes to your health and wellbeing!
