.rhoades came to me 6 months ago to get abs and help his back pain. Through proper training, nutrition, and supplementation, we’ve accomplished that, and much more! 🏋🏻‍♂️

Most impressive thing, he’s based in New York, we work together online. No excuses! 🚀

This is what happens when you commit and trust the process. 👌🏽

And we’re just getting started… Stay tuned to see what we have cooking for summer! 😎

Six years into my fitness career in San Diego and doing well—but I knew comfort wasn’t the move.
I knew there was more.

So Tiger Lilly and I took the leap to LA.
Santa Monica. Bigger rooms. Bigger vision. Bigger goals.

Everything shifted after that.
Became the Equinox Global Ambassador, worked on some incredible campaigns (including Hawaii), ranked among the top-producing trainers, and eventually launched my own practice.

Grateful for all of it. 🙏🏽

This is 38. 🎂
Life has a way of redirecting you — sometimes through pain, loss, or things not going as planned.
I’ve learned to lean into it instead of fighting it.
Letting go of what’s not aligned, and putting my energy where it truly feels right.
Through injuries, setbacks, and shifts — I’ve found clarity.
Grateful for fresh starts, lessons, and the chance to keep building something real. 🙏🏽

Life doesn’t always go as planned. I’ve been going through some tough times, and I’ll be the first to admit—it hasn’t been easy. But one thing I’ve learned, both personally and as a health professional, is that the basics still matter most when everything else feels uncertain. 🙏🏽 ✅ Moving my body, even in small ways ✅ Eating foods that truly fuel me ✅ Practicing mindfulness + meditation ✅ Prioritizing sleep and recovery None of this erases the challenges, but it does give me the resilience to face them with a clearer head and stronger body. If you’re going through something, remember: you don’t have to be perfect—you just have to keep showing up for yourself in the little ways that count. 👌🏽

Sunday recovery. For the body. For the mind. For the week ahead. 20 min sauna → 5 min cold plunge → repeat as needed. Recovery is the hidden part of progress. 🔥🧊🙏🏽

☀️ Today marks the first day of summer — the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year and a powerful time to thrive.

As a coach, I always remind clients: your energy isn’t just physical — it’s mind, body, and spirit.
Use this seasonal shift as a chance to:

✅ Move with intention
✅ Fuel your body with purpose
✅ Protect your peace

Let this be the summer you feel strong, clear, and aligned — inside and out. 🌊💪
Now get outside, soak up the sun, and raise your vibration 🔥

What are you focusing on this season?
