Our Chief of Staff, Maya, is a committed disability advocate and has been learning ASL. For the International Day of Sign Languages, we are celebrating the power of accessible communication in the form of sign language and sharing how to sign Not Impossible.
Communication is connection. And the power of sign to enable connection without spoken language? That’s very Not Impossible.

That was the idea behind Music: Not Impossible from the beginning: create a concert where Deaf and hearing people could experience the same music, together.

The word “impossible” has always bothered me.
Too often, we treat it like a conclusion. Like someone already decided what can and can’t be done.
I’d rather treat it like a question.
What would it take to make this possible? That’s usually where the good stuff starts.
