🔵🟢🟡 We Made Our Mark on Dot Day! 🟠🟣🔴

We had so much fun celebrating Dot Day at school! Our students showed their creativity by dressing up in dots, taking part in fun dot-themed activities, and working together to create a colorful Dot Day mural in the library. 🎨✨

Most importantly, we learned that every one of us has the power to make our mark. A small dot can become something amazing when we use our imagination, try something new, and believe in ourselves! 💫

What a wonderful day of creativity, collaboration, and celebrating the unique mark each of us can make! ❤️🔵🟡🟢

Today’s shout-out is a BIG one for our incredible AIM Specialized Program team! 💙

At Taylor Ranch, AIM stands for Acquisition Support, Integrated Services, & Meaningful Communications—and this team brings those words to life every single day.

✨ Did you know? Currently at TRS, our AIM program includes 1 PreK classroom and 4 classrooms serving students in grades K–5! ✨

Behind every one of those classrooms is a village. A village that includes our AIM teachers and paraprofessionals, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapist, ESE Instructional Facilitator, ESE Behavior Coach, and so many more people who come together to support our students.

And while this amazing group represents so much of our AIM team, not everyone who plays a part is pictured. So much of this work happens behind the scenes—collaborating, problem-solving, providing support, communicating with families, finding new ways to reach a student, and celebrating every step forward.

That’s the beautiful thing about this team—it truly takes a village.

They celebrate the little victories.
They find new ways to reach a student.
They help make communication possible.
They support one another when the day gets tough.
They see the potential in every student and keep AIMing higher.

This is more than a program. This is a team. This is a village. This is what happens when we come together with one purpose—to help every Trailblazer shine. ⭐️

To our AIM team and the many people who support them: thank you for the heart, patience, creativity, dedication, and love you pour into our students every single day. Your work matters, your impact is tremendous, and we are so lucky to have you at Taylor Ranch!

A huge shout-out to our amazing school counselors, Mrs. Tuggle and Ms. Manaskie, for organizing a fun and engaging New Student Meet Up for our newest Trailblazers! Students had the opportunity to connect with one another, build new friendships, and discover how their unique personalities and strengths contribute to our TRS community. Creating a strong sense of belonging is so important to student success, and experiences like this help ensure every Trailblazer knows they are valued, connected, and an important part of our school family.

Today we are celebrating Cadence, one of our amazing 5th grade Trailblazers!

Cadence was recently recognized by her bus driver for being a model student with exemplary behavior on the bus! She consistently demonstrates what it means to Be Respectful. Be Responsible. Be a Star. Cadence makes positive choices, follows expectations, and helps create a safe and positive environment for everyone riding the bus.

We are so proud of you, Cadence! Thank you for showing that being a Trailblazer means making great choices everywhere you go—even on the bus! ⭐
