While checking in on one of our communities, I stopped to admire this beautiful planter… and right on cue, a butterfly landed. A simple reminder that when communities are cared for, beauty has a way of showing up in the smallest details.

When our gate vendor got tied up on another job, she stepped up, grabbed the tools, and got the gate fixed in an emergency.
