Whew…what a day! ✨

Our SPS participants ended the week with drinks at Dacha Navy Yard where we kicked back and enjoyed(?) the summer heat; all in preparation for cheering on the Washington Nationals! ⚾

While the weather had other plans, bringing plenty of heat and a rain delay, the storms gave way to a beautiful rainbow over Nat’s Park! Safe to say we know how to make the most of a summer evening in DC. 🌈

Vacation mode off…challenge mode on! After full days of lectures, we headed to Level99 in Tysons to let loose!

Our SPS participants traded the seminar room for a night of challenges, games, and friendly competition; the best way to unwind and bond after a long day of learning. 🧩

Needless to say, the competition was fierce, but the laughs were even better. 😂

Aaahhh…just what the doctor ordered 😌

This past weekend we took our Summer Patent Seminar participants to the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, MD for some well-deserved time off. The trip was packed with kayaking, a boat tour, golfing, yoga, Maryland blue crabs, and late nights spent getting to know each other beyond the lecture hall. 🧘🛶

We’re so grateful for this time together and the memories made. ✨

🚀 The 2026 Summer Patent Seminar kicked off today!

We’re looking forward to spending the next three weeks with our colleagues and clients from across the globe. 🌎

Day 1 started with a special lecture from our founder Mr. Joseph Kolasch, and ended with a reception at Pupatella; a perfect way to kick off our journey together. 🤝

🌞 Team BSKB hit the ground running (and walking!) this weekend at the 2026 Lawyers Have Heart 10K, 5K & Fun Walk in Washington, D.C. in support of the American Heart Association!

With our biggest turnout yet, it was a beautiful morning as our employees, trainees, family, and friends came together for a worthwhile cause.

Events like these are a great reminder that strong communities are built one step at a time. 👟❤️

Some evenings feel like they’re borrowed from a storybook…and our INTA cocktail reception at the Tower of London was exactly that!

From a private viewing of the Crown Jewels to cocktails inside a medieval tower, we were lucky enough to have the rain clear out just in time for stunning views of the River Thames and Tower Bridge, followed by an unexpected firework finale!
