Our facility provides state of the art technology using video feed back with a combination of a warm water 25 yard, 2 lane pool and small warm water tanks. The new Machine Performance Center is the home of the Machine Swim School, Machine Fitness Classes, and PT Solutions. The Machine Performance Center now features a 2-1/2 lane, 25-yard pool with all the technology of our tanks, physical therapy/sports performance training, fitness classes, a birthday party room, and more! Our goal with the Performance Center is to continue to provide the "best of the best" to the community. From state-of-the-art swim lessons to incredible fitness classes and training for all levels to physical therapy and sports performance, we will be your go to for all fitness and wellness needs. Located in our space in Vienna, VA we offer all types of services
Swim Lessons: From our 25-yard warm water pool to our unique endless pools we provide a comfortable, calm safe environment for all swimmers. Our SwimLabs technology offers state-of-the-art feedback for swimmers. Each pool and lesson area has 4 cameras set to a monitor on a delay for instant feedback on technique and progression. Swimmers can leave with a DVD to study their lesson prior to their next lesson, competition or just for fun!! With our cameras, mirrors, SwimLabs technology, adjustable currents (and more!), Machine Swim School is a state-of-the-art, one of a kind swim experience. Fitness Classes: For boutique classes with a community feel, check out TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Pound Fitness, Cardio Yoga, Standup Paddle Board Yoga and more. Did you know… we do adult swim lessons too!! Maybe you have a vacation coming up this winter break and want to get more comfortable in the water before hopping on that boat… or maybe you’ve got plans to play in the pool with your kids this summer! Well, we’ve got all the tools you could possibly need to get you to your goals — no matter the age. It’s never too late to learn a new skill! So why not start today??
Day off from school means pop-up clinic at the MPC instead!! Make sure to keep an eye out for other pop-ups like this happening over school holidays and other weekends!

If these mini camps are popular we will hold them frequently throughout the year :)
*Coach Laura will run the session from 1:30 - 1:55 PM
*Ages 3-4 years, maximum group size of 4 swimmers
*Your child must be able to separate from parents to participate, all skill levels
*You may choose to attend Mondays and Wednesdays OR Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you like, you can register for BOTH camps and attend all 4 days
The $220 fee entitles you to six classes on your chosen days between 9/29 and 10/16.
There will be NO day switching, NO pro-rating, NO MAKEUP classes, NO REFUNDS offered. The fee will be collected once your request to enroll has been approved. Your cart will show $0 due until a staff member approves your enrollment at which time the fee will be collected from your card on file. If enrollment minimum is not met, camp will be canceled
NOTE: Additionally, there are spaces in our regular recurring 2:00 PM Red Sparks class on Thursdays AND a 2:00 PM Red Sparks class may be added to Tuesdays in October.
