Today was National “See You At The Pole” Day. This morning several students, faculty, staff, and parents gathered together to sing and pray for our school, our community, our state and our nation.

It was also Chapel day—How wonderful it is to set aside time during the school day each week and devote it to opening God’s Word learning more about our Great God and Savior!

Meet Mrs. Avery ✨

Mrs. Avery loves teaching classes that open the door to meaningful conversations and allow her to truly get to know her students. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching English and Bible is watching students learn to think deeply, wrestle with important questions, and develop the ability to defend what they believe.

Now celebrating 25 years in education — all 25 at Crosspoint — Mrs. Avery has spent a quarter-century investing in generations of Cougars. Her Crosspoint story began when longtime teacher Mrs. Beumer approached her about teaching a high school English class, and that opportunity grew into 25 years of faithfully serving our secondary students.

Most importantly, Mrs. Avery wants her students to understand that the Christian worldview provides answers to life’s biggest questions. Her hope is that students leave her classroom better equipped to understand what they believe and confidently articulate why they believe it.

We’re incredibly thankful for Mrs. Avery and 25 years of faithful investment in Crosspoint students and families! 🖤💛

Just days after coaching his 200th career game, Coach Lance Callaway reached another milestone with the Cougars — career win #100.

And what a night for it. A Crosspoint win, this crew beside him, and a pretty incredible backdrop to celebrate it all.

Congratulations, Coach Callaway! And congratulations to the 2026 Varsity boys who officially put #100 in the books. 🖤💛

22 new students. 22 new stories becoming part of ours. 🖤💛

This school year, we had the privilege of welcoming 22 new students into the Crosspoint family—and we don’t take a single one for granted.

We are incredibly grateful for every family who has trusted Crosspoint to come alongside them in educating, encouraging, and pointing their children toward Christ. We’re praying that each of our new students feels known, welcomed, challenged, and at home here.

And we’re excited to see how God continues to grow our Crosspoint family!

Open enrollment for the school year will begin again in January.

Hey Cougars! It's that time of year again to get out your hair gel and hair spray for PICTURE DAY! This coming Monday (9/14) will be here bright and early, so be sure to get that hair looking fresh!

Today we remember the nearly 3,000 souls that stepped into eternity 25yrs. ago today; many of whom were first responders--running into the buildings while others fled. We also remember the brave souls that fought back on Flight 93 and kept the terrorists from another target in the capital. Freedom is never free...it always costs something.

Today also reminds us that at any moment anybody can step into eternity. How important it is to know Christ and His saving work on the cross for our sins!
