Sept 5th is now officially Aztec Brewing Day in the City of Vista!

A big thank you to everyone who has been a part of our community - we love you all! 🙏

Here’s the text:

WHEREAS, for fifteen years, AZTEC BREWING COMPANY has demonstrated a commitment to craftsmanship, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and the vibrant spirit of the local community; and

WHEREAS, Aztec Brewing Company has become a valued part of the Vista community, creating memorable experiences for residents, visitors, families, friends, and craft b**r enthusiasts; and

WHEREAS, the success of a local business over fifteen years reflects the dedication and perseverance of its owners, brewers, staff, partners, and loyal patrons who have supported its journey; and

WHEREAS, for fifteen years, AZTEC BREWING COMPANY has demonstrated a commitment to craftsmanship, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and the vibrant spirit of the local community; and

WHEREAS, Aztec Brewing Company has become a valued part of the Vista community, creating memorable experiences for residents, visitors, families, friends, and craft b**r enthusiasts; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED, that the Mayor and Members of the Vista City Council, on behalf of the City of Vista, proudly recognize and celebrate AZTEC BREWING COMPANY on the occasion of its 15th Anniversary and hereby proclaim Saturday, September 5, 2026 as AZTEC BREWING DAY in the City of Vista, and extend our sincere congratulations and appreciation to Aztec Brewing Company for fifteen years of service, craftsmanship, entrepreneurship, and community spirit.
