Starting therapy doesn’t come with a script, and it’s completely okay if you’re not sure what to say.
Most first sessions begin with uncertainty, a few nerves, and a lot of honesty in progress. Your therapist is there to meet you in that space and help guide the conversation at your pace.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin- just showing up is the perfect first step.
✨ Looking for simple ways to support your baby’s development every day?
Giving your little one opportunities for free movement—like playing on a play mat when they’re awake or using a safe sleep space when it’s time to rest—can make a big difference in their growth and development.
Everyday choices add up, and we’re here to help you feel confident every step of the way. 💙 If you’re looking for more practical tips, expert guidance, and easy-to-follow resources, check out our online courses through the link in our bio!

**A clogged duct doesn't have to derail your breastfeeding journey.**
Pain, swelling, and tenderness can make feeding feel overwhelming, but early treatment may help reduce inflammation and get milk flowing again.
Our 30-minute clogged duct and mastitis treatment includes:
✨ Therapeutic ultrasound
✨ Gentle lymphatic massage
✨ Kinesiology taping
Most parents experience relief after one visit, although some need up to five sessions depending on their symptoms.
If you're experiencing a fever, please see your OB first to rule out a more significant infection. After you've been evaluated, we're happy to work alongside your medical team to support your recovery.

Even strong relationships go through seasons of stress, but noticing the signs early can make a big difference.
If communication feels harder, small conflicts escalate quickly, or you’re feeling more disconnected than usual, it might be your relationship asking for support, not signaling failure. These patterns are more common than people think, and they’re something you don’t have to navigate alone.
Support can look like slowing down, getting curious about each other again, and sometimes bringing in a counselor to help guide those conversations in a safe, productive way.
