What an incredible way to celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our Project Lifeforce Reading Camp Graduates! 🎉📚
Our students had an unforgettable time during their graduation field trips to Main Event and Camp Fimfo Water Park, where they enjoyed a day filled with fun, laughter, teamwork, and well-earned rewards for their dedication throughout Reading Camp.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to the amazing teams at Main Event and Camp Fimfo Water Park for providing such welcoming environments and helping make these experiences so memorable for our students. Your hospitality and commitment to creating positive experiences allowed our graduates to celebrate their achievements in a truly special way.
At Project Lifeforce, we believe that hard work deserves to be celebrated. Watching our students build confidence, strengthen friendships, and create lasting memories reminds us why we do what we do. As another amazing summer comes to a close, our hearts are filled with gratitude and pride for each of our incredible students! Congratulations on completing the 2026 Project Lifeforce Reading Camp! Your commitment to learning, growing, encouraging one another, and becoming stronger readers has been inspiring to witness.
Throughout the summer, our students discovered that reading opens doors to endless possibilities. More importantly, they learned the value of teamwork, kindness, confidence, and supporting one another. Watching our young readers celebrate each other's successes and build lasting friendships has been one of the greatest rewards of this journey.

The past few weeks at Project Lifeforce Summer Reading Camp have been filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable moments! 📚💚
Our campers have discovered that reading is an adventure, and every story helps build confidence, imagination, and leadership. This year's Affirmations theme has encouraged our young readers to believe in themselves, show kindness, and become the best versions of who they are.
We were honored to welcome one of our favorite guest readers, Waco Police Chief Sheryl Victorian! Chief Victorian captivated our students by reading, sharing, and teaching valuable lessons about being brave and showing kindness to everyone. Our students asked thoughtful questions about how she demonstrates courage while serving our community and how she stays safe on the job. Chief Victorian reminded them that kindness goes a long way in helping keep ourselves and others safe, leaving each child inspired to be courageous leaders in their own lives.
We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Katz, whose passion for reading and teaching continues to make Story Time so special. During Week Three, she shared wonderful books centered on Sharing and Giving, perfectly complementing our affirmation theme. The smiles, conversations, and excitement from our campers showed just how much they enjoyed every moment!
A sincere thank you to Chief Sheryl Victorian and Mrs. Katz for investing your time, wisdom, and hearts into our students. Your encouragement is helping us build tomorrow's future leaders and Young CEOs, one story at a time.
Together, we are proving that when a community comes together to read, encourage, and inspire our youth, amazing things happen.

📚✨ Two Amazing Weeks of Learning, Growing, and Reading Together! ✨📚
Project Lifeforce Summer Reading Camp is off to an incredible start! Over the past two weeks, our students have been learning, growing, building confidence, and discovering the joy of reading together. Each day has been filled with exciting stories, positive affirmations, new friendships, and opportunities to strengthen reading skills while encouraging one another.
This year's Reading Camp theme is AFFIRMATIONS, reminding our students that their words have power and that they are capable, confident, kind, and successful learners. We are so thankful for everyone who has joined us on this special learning journey!
A very special thank you goes to our wonderful Story Time Readers, Mrs. Vaughn and Mrs. Scott. Mrs. Vaughn dedicated more than 30 years to educating young minds, and her daughter, Mrs. Scott, is proudly serving in her 24th year of teaching. What a beautiful and inspiring legacy of love, learning, and service they share!
Our students truly enjoyed listening to their stories and experiencing the passion they both have for education. The warmth, wisdom, and encouragement they brought to Reading Camp made a lasting impact on every child in attendance.
Thank you, Mrs. Vaughn and Ms. Scott, for investing your time, sharing your hearts, and being a meaningful part of our affirmation filled summer learning experience. We are grateful to have you as part of the Project Lifeforce family!

Looking for a fun and meaningful way to keep your child learning this summer?
Join us at Project Lifeforce Reading Camp, where students will build confidence, strengthen reading skills, make new friends, and prepare for a successful school year ahead!
Our camp is designed to help prevent the "summer slide" by improving reading retention through engaging activities, peer-to-peer reading, interactive lessons, games, and encouragement from caring mentors. Students will have opportunities to grow their literacy skills while boosting self-esteem, character, and a love for learning.
