Happy Labor Day! Today, we celebrate our dedicated community team members who work diligently to ensure every resident feels loved, valued, and well cared for. Wishing everyone a safe and enjoyable holiday!

We are excited to introduce our new Director of Sales, Ainsleigh Atkinson!

Ainsleigh was born in Houston, TX, but raised by her grandparents in St. Augustine, FL. She is an LVN with 12 years of experience in senior living. Her clinical background combined with her leadership and business development experience, allows her to wholly support residents & their families as they navigate one of life’s most delicate decisions.

Growing up surrounded by older adults gave Ainsleigh a deep appreciation for their wisdom and the importance of community. Those early experiences shaped who she is today and inspired the career she’s been blessed to pursue. She said, “Whether I’m guiding a family through the transition into assisted living or memory care or collaborating with referral partners, my goal is always the same—to serve as a trusted resource, ensuring every family feels informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they’re making. If every person I serve feels as cared for as my grandparents always made me feel, then I know I’ve done my job well.”

Outside of work, Ainsleigh finds joy in spending time with her boyfriend Tanner and their three bird dogs - Bullwinkle, Arthur & Peter. They enjoy spending time outdoors, on the water, and traveling to visit family whenever they can. Some of her favorite moments are spent cooking elaborate meals for family - a tradition passed down from her grandmother, who taught her that the memories we create with those we love become the legacy we leave behind.

✝️ Creativity, faith, and meaningful moments came together as our Memory Care residents enjoyed painting beautiful wooden crosses. We love seeing everyone express themselves through art while sharing smiles and fellowship along the way. 💙🎨
